No. CoGym is a private studio used only for one-on-one coached workouts. No other clients are training in the studio during your appointment. Independent workouts are completed at a gym or other facility you have access to, with each workout programmed by your coach.

Yes, in many cases. Training can be adjusted around injuries or physical limitations when exercise is appropriate. CoGym is located inside Myo Physiotherapy, which makes it easy to coordinate with a physical therapist when needed and with your permission.

Coached workouts take place inside Myo Physiotherapy in downtown Durham: 105 Hood St, Suite 3, Durham, NC 27701. Parking is available directly in front of Suite 3. Independent workouts can be completed at a commercial gym, apartment gym, home gym, or another facility you have access to.

Coached workouts are $75. Most clients train once per week for $295/month, which includes four coached workouts per month. Twice-weekly training is $595/month and includes eight coached workouts per month. Every plan includes programming for your independent workouts, progress tracking, and communication with your coach throughout the month. Monthly coaching is $95/month. It includes one coaching session in the studio or over video and programming for three independent workouts per week.

Yes. You can stop training at any time by providing written notice at least 3 business days before your next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid month. Any unused coached workout credits remain available until they expire 12 months after issuance. New clients who cancel within 14 days of their first payment receive a full refund.

The call lasts 20 minutes, and Griffin calls you at the number you provide. You’ll talk through your goals, training history, schedule, and any questions you have about CoGym. If CoGym seems like the right fit, you can schedule your first coached workout at the end of the call.

Your first coached workout begins with a movement assessment, followed by a one-on-one workout. This gives Griffin a baseline for your movement and technique and helps determine where your training should begin.

Yes. Most clients start with little or no gym experience. Coached workouts are one-on-one, so you can learn each movement with direct instruction and practice. No lifting experience is required.

Coached workouts are generally available on weekdays between 8 AM and 5 PM. Current openings can be discussed during your free coaching call.

Coached workouts are one-hour, one-on-one appointments at the private Durham studio. Not necessarily. You need somewhere to complete your independent workouts, but that can be a commercial gym, apartment gym, home gym, or another facility you have access to. Your workouts are programmed around the equipment available to you.

The studio includes multiple squat racks, dumbbells, an Assault Bike, a SquatMax Pro Belt Squat, an MVP Shuttle Press, and specialty equipment from BandBell, Tsunami, Airex, and Rogue. This provides multiple ways to teach, progress, and modify exercises for different experience levels and physical limitations.

Yes. Coaching can also include support for sleep, steps, cardio, hydration, and other daily habits that affect your health and training. These habits are tracked alongside your workouts so you can see what is consistent and what needs more attention.

You can text, email, or message Griffin through the CoGym training app. He is available throughout the month for questions about programming, exercise technique, independent workouts, or anything else related to your training.

The CoGym Score combines workouts, cardio, sleep, steps, hydration, and other habits into one weekly score out of 100 rather than treating each as a separate metric. Monthly averages show how the score changes over time. Quarterly assessments add body composition and physical testing for a more complete profile of your health and fitness.

A score of 70 or above is considered strong. The more useful comparison is often your current score against your own baseline. Your scorecard breaks down each category so you can see what changed and how it affected the total.

Your weekly score is updated each week, and a monthly average is calculated at the end of each month. The broader assessment is repeated quarterly to measure changes in body composition, cardiovascular fitness, grip strength, and mobility.
